General House Guidelines
Keys will not be made available until all monies have been paid in full. We will endeavor to greet you with the keys, however if this is not convenient a key lock box will be used.
Non-smoking house policy – this is a non-smoking residence, if you would like to smoke do so outside and please put your cigarette butts in a bin. Please no smoking in the paddocks or dry grass areas during the summer months and fire ban period due to bush fire hazard.
We ask that only the booked number of people occupy the accommodation. Additional people sleeping at the property will result in extra charges.
The house is to be locked and secure when not occupied and the air conditioner is to be switched off when the house is not occupied.
Please advise of any repairs or damaged property that needs attending to or replacement to the owners asap.
House water is generally rain water during the winter months. In summer the water can be bore water or mixture of rain water, depending on the season. Please use the filtered water provided for drinking.
All gates are to be left as found.
We recommend you purchase some bagged fire wood for the fire pit from Bunnings, local supermarket or petrol station. The fire pit is the only permissble fire allowed at the farm stay during the Months of April to October and are subject to change pending on the season.
Insurance
Unfortunately, due to excessive costs and public liability, we are not able to let the riding of animals/pets, eg, horses, donkeys, camel within the house surrounds and on our property, with the same as no driving of motor bike/s, and four wheeler on our property.
Pets
No pets inside the house, please provide your pets own food, bedding and feed bowls.
Clean up after your pets activities and dispose off.
Departure
Please depart by 10.00 am unless a late departure has been arranged. As you have not been charged a cleaning fee, please can you assist by removing all sheets, pillow slips and towels and place all dirty linen in the Laundry. Please leave the house, kitchen, BBQ and grounds in a suitable state of tidiness as you received it. This is greatly appreciated. .
